Den-Wil Development has completed several projects in Brookings and is working on a number of new ones. Many of its projects are located In its Wilbert Square development next to I-29 and south of the Research Park, and north of 6th Street on 25th Ave. Here you will find the new Comfort Suites University hotel with its attached 24,000 square foot Wilbert Square Event Center. The Event Center features a Grand Ballroom of 10,400 square feet, multiple break out rooms and beautiful pre-function space. The Event Center will open in March 2019, a few months before the opening of Wilbert’s Ale House which is also housed in the Event Center. Over the last two years, Den-Wil Development has brought Taco Bell, Little Caesar’s and Teed Off (a virtual golf establishment) into its Wilbert Square development, with a number of new projects slated for the summer of 2019.
